Moosu is built so you can keep that trust.
Strong sign-in
Password rules that block weak and common passwords, optional two-step login with an authenticator app and recovery codes for managers, and one-hour password reset links.
Session control
Changing your password signs out your other devices, and anyone can sign out all other devices from their account at any time.
Least privilege
Tenants see only their own account. Vendors see only the job they were sent, never the tenant's contact details. Repair costs and vendor notes are for managers only.
Activity log
Every change by a manager, tenant or vendor is recorded: who did it and when, including lease and charge edits.
Cloudflare infrastructure
The app, database and file storage run on Cloudflare's global network, with HTTPS everywhere and strict security headers.
